Acrylamide : molecular formula: C3H5NO, molecular weight: 71.08, melting point of pure product is 84 -86°c, boiling point is 125°c; this product is white crystal; easily soluble in water, ethanol, chloroform solvent, acrylamide is an unsaturated amide, the molecule has two active centres and can react to produce a variety of compounds. Our company's acrylamide is produced by hydrating acrylonitrile with microbial cyanide hydrates. It mainly has two products crystal acrylamide and acrylamide aqueous solution. The product is stable and can be adapted to the polyacrylamide production process of pre hydrolysis, copolymerisation, photopolymerization and post- hydrolysis.
Acrylamide ( Crystal ) It has a molecular weight of 71.08 and a density of 1.122g/cm3. The pure product is white flake crystal, soluble in water, ethanol and slightly soluble in benzene. It is more stable when placed in a dark place and is easy to polymerise at the melting point or under ultraviolet light. It decomposes and releases corrosive gases when exposed to high heat.

Product packaging The packaging needs to be sealed and cannot come into contact with the air. It should be packed in paper - plastic three in one composite bags, 25 kg per bag. The safe packing method can also be determined according to customer requirement
Product storage The product absorbs moisture easily and should be stored in a cool, ventilated dry warehouse to prevent moisture and away from rain keeping it sealed. Keep away from fires and heat sources and avoid contact with oxidants, acids, alkalis, copper, iron, aluminium and other materials. They should be stored separately from food chemicals and avoid mixed storage. Shelf life: 1 year
Application
Mainly for the production of various kinds of homo polymerization, copolymerization and modification of polymers, can be used as flocculating agent, widely used in oil field drilling, medicine, metallurgy, papermaking, paint, textile, sewage treatment and modification of the soil
